Safety Statement:

My products are make for durability and to last a lifetime, but horses are powerful animals. Common sense and commitment to safety are essential when dealing with horses. I assume no liability for accidents caused while using my products. Dog collars, reins and halters are decorative and not to be used for tie out.

I offer a lifetime warranty on all my custom work. Though rare, if something happens to the tack, contact me. If it is a custom work issue, I repair free of charge. Misuse and neglect are not covered under the warranty, but I am always happy to help.

Please make sure you maintain your tack and tighten all screws. I do not replace conchos and buckles free of charge.

Care:

You can use a damp cloth to clean the stones, crystals and conchos. You can oil the leather around the custom work, this will not harm the stones or compromise the wire work.

I use a very expensive and heavy duty wire on all my custom work, it simply does not break. I have perfected the art of application on the leather by hand sewing it. I cover all wire work with suede leather to protect the horse from wire work and added durability. I leave all screws visible so that you can access them for maintenance and tightening. You should check all screws before and after using your tack.
